Interactive Triple Jump Coaching With Videotape Analysis

Send Mike a videotape/DVD of your triple jumps; he will study it and give you a detailed analysis of your technique. Mike will provide corrections with specific drills to improve your jumping on your own individualized video. You will have a training tape that includes Mike addressing your specific needs and drills designed just for you! You will also be able to email Mike to discuss his analysis of your jumps. This is Mike's first triple jump DVD. He goes over basic progressions of triple jump training in an easy to understand format. Join Mike and special guest Kawan Martin as they take you through a journey that will be sure to improve your triple jumping!
